Bursting with colorful characters\, playful humor\, and unforgettable songs\, it is a delight for audiences of all ages. \nThe Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton\, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust that contains the Whos\, including Jojo\, a Who child sent off to military school for thinking too many “thinks.” Horton faces a double challenge: not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers\, but he must guard an abandoned egg. We will begin with a little bit of movement to relax the body\, while focusing on intention setting\, followed by about 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra Meditation. As we drift into the yogic sleep\, we will transition smoothly into our Sound Bath.\n\nYoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) will recharge your body and help you experience a deep restorative relaxation. This is an immensely powerful meditation technique\, a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional and physical healing\, rewiring your brain\, and self-exploration.\n\nSound Healing has been practiced for thousands of years and is a beautiful way to reset your emotional and physical body. With a combination of Tibetan bowls\, crystal bowls\, drums\, percussive instruments\, chanting\, bells and more.\nBring a yoga mat\, pillow\, blanket\, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
