Introduction to Yoga for Beginners

$40Are you new to yoga and don’t know where to start? Or hoping to restart your practice? This beginners yoga workshop is for you!
We know that walking into a yoga studio for the first time can be intimidating. In this workshop we’ll set you up for success to comfortably join one of our yoga classes.
What you will learn:
- The benefits of yoga
- The different class styles we offer
- Foundational yoga poses with modifications
- Meditation and breathing techniques.
This is your time to practice with confidence, ask questions and feel supported while learning the basics in a non-competitive environment.
Room will be warm but not actively heated. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. There are some yoga mats available to rent in the studio if you don’t have one yet. Contact us if you have any questions.
Space is limited to a small group so we recommend signing up ahead of time to reserve your spot! You can sign up in the studio or online.
